“Resource Family Approval is a process, not an event. This series of workshops is designed to help new and prospective RFA caregivers understand various aspects of this process including once you are approved, what you can expect. This is the 6th of 6 Nuts and Bolts Workshops: Child Welfare Out Comes for Safety, Permanency and Well Being – What does that mean and look like for children, bio families, resource families and child welfare. What does this look like on a day-to-day basis and the different perspectives of the various team members involved in the case plan for children placed in your home. This two hour workshop will include the facilitation of participant experiences to gain a broader understanding of Child Welfare goals/outcomes.”
