Upon completion of this training clinicians should be able to return to their workplaces feeling better able to engage, assess, and treat their clients with co-occurring substance-related and mental health conditions. They will know what it is in their current work that is aligned with best practices in this area and what is not so they can adjust their practice accordingly.
