This 4 hour course is designed to provide staff serving in Group Homes and STRTP’s behavior management strategies for staff working with traumatized youth and families. The aim of the course is to assist adults working with System-involved youth and families to differentiate between Bipolar Disorder I, Bipolar Disorder II and symptoms related to histories of trauma. Participants will use resources, large and small group discussion as well as lecture to consider best practice treatment options.
