Foster Care Training

Working in complex youth-serving systems can often require consolidating information from various sources of information, and weighing often-competing priorities in youth care. This training will focus on integrating participants’ learning experiences pertaining to working in complex child-serving systems into a cohesive understanding and perspective of their roles, recognizing and asking for supports and resources in understanding the services provided and available to youth, and learning communication practices for feedback that can be shared about improvements to services for youth and families
