We all have our strengths and weaknesses when supporting system involved youth and families involved. Learn your type [Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), communication style, learning style and more] and how to use your strengths and address your areas of challenge to support improvements in outcomes for system involved youth and families.
