Foster Care Training

Racial trauma is the cumulative effects of racism on an individual’s health. Given the disproportionate number of youth of color, it’s crucial social service and health providers understand how racial trauma impacts youth on their care plans. Training will equip providers with the knowledge to better understand racial trauma and strategies to support system-involved youth and families impacted by racial trauma.
