It can be hard to understand the racism, discrimination, and social injustices foster youth and their families experience if you haven’t lived it. This training will help providers better understand what it is like to live in a society where racism is still prevalent in communities, institutions and corporations. A deeper understanding of the these experiences will equip providers to better understand the experiences of the foster youth and families they work with.
