In this advanced training for providers, participants will review how immigration narratives of grief and experiences of loss from estrangement contribute to needs within a family system. In this training, participants will learn a strategy for engaging families in reflection about immigration narratives, and an approach for discussing the impact of this on their current needs and relationships. This course will require advance study of coursework that will be pre-assigned.
