For youth who have large teams, it can be difficult to know the various types of service available to address their complex needs. This training will clearly define the role and responsibility of case management services in various systems which serve diverse youth and families. An analysis of the youth being served and the services available to them will provide the opportunity understand how case management can support youth’s needs and case plans.
