Work in foster youth systems requires professionals to be clear on their roles and how these support goals of the child/family. This day-long foundational training for service providers and leaders will review frameworks for thinking about roles within the foster youth system, how these roles are related, and how they support the overarching goals in foster youth systems. This portion of the training will focus on the communication of responsibilities and roles/relationships that exist within complex systems serving foster youth.
