This training provided by Regional Center of the East Bay is geared towards providers to help understand intellectual and developmental disabilities in foster youth. Providers will understand the differences in these presentations and how screening for intellectual and developmental needs can effectively lead to appropriate referrals for evaluation and services for youth with special needs.
