This session is part 4 in a 4-part series which will examine using Energy Psychology techniques to regulate and intervene with system-involved youth and families. Learn to use EFT with those who have experienced shock (single incident) trauma or developmental/complex trauma. In this class participants will learn the basics of EFT and how to gauge a client’s readiness for using this technique to support healing from trauma and distress. We will discuss how interventions, such as Emotional Freedom Technique, can alleviate the distress of early trauma, thus positively impacting the futures of system involved youth and their families. (Required prerequisite – #1, 2, 3 of series)
