Virtual Instructor Led Training

Working in complex, trauma-impacted youth-serving systems can prove difficult for even the most seasoned providers, social workers, and other professionals. For those who are new to serving youth in the foster care or probation systems, there are additional challenges that are related to the new expectations and implicit challenges for youth services.

This training provides direct service staff with tips and tools to support them in their transition to being a service providers regarding the following: sustainability, organization, accessing support, documentation, communication, providing service to youth, training, and travel. This training is recommended for new providers. Participants learn and practice strategies for sustainability and trauma-systems resilience.
