Gender inequality shows up in many ways from pay inequality, opportunities one has, exposure to violence, objectification, discrimination, etc. It’s important for providers, foster parents, and natural supports to understand how gender inequality shows up and how to help system involved youth and young adults when they experience gender inequality.
