Virtual Instructor Led Training

This training will focus on supporting adoptive families to understand and stabilize youth. Often, early attachment ruptures resurface in key periods during youth development. The impact of trauma at specific developmental periods will be incorporated. Additionally, there will be opportunity to review key signs of attachment-based struggles in adoptive family relationships. Attendees will learn ways to communicate supportive strategies to adoptive families in order to support communication and build resilience. Case examples will be reviewed.
