Nola Brantley Speaks has partnered with Lincoln to bring this training to Alameda County to providers working with foster youth.

Native girls and women are disproportionately engaged in the commercial sex industry, so it’s essential to understand the historical context, risk factors, and pathways of entry.

Learning Objectives:
  1. Participants will increase their understanding of the historical oppression of Native Americans
  2. Participants will increase their understanding of the intersection of historical oppression and CSEC today
  3. Participants will be able to identify at least 3 pathways of entry in CSEC for Native youth
  4. Participants will increase their understanding of culturally relevant services for Native youth
