Learn strategies for sustainable “superheroing” so you can provide the support to system involved youth and their families. We will cover challenges and strategies to address challenges with productivity, professional boundaries and vicarious traumatization and will develop a sustainable superhero plan to address the barriers to successfully meeting the needs of system involved youth and families while staying calm and focused.
