This is an ongoing monthly meeting with white-identified direct service providers to process and reflect on various themes of white identity development, privilege/oppression and anti-racism unlearning that directly contribute to the clinical reach of group members. The groups focuses on readings and resources, as well as dilemmas and ongoing themes that arise in the clinical relationship, with colleagues and supervisors and individually. The group also focuses on salient and timely themes of race on a systems level.
