In this unprecedented time, staff and supervisors working with at-risk youth are challenged in new and unexpected ways. There are unique challenges to boundaries related to working from one’s home and being under the same restrictions and stresses as clients and supervisee. In the class, Supervisors will learn how to identify and address specific changes to professional boundaries with supervisees and clients, explore these changes with supervisees and determine how to hold the boundaries under these conditions.
