In this unprecedented time, staff and supervisors who work with at-risk youth are challenged in new and unexpected ways. Supervisors are not only holding their own distress and work challenges, but holding these for their supervisees. They also continue to have to address issues that arise in work with challenging supervsees. In the class, supervisors will learn how to identify and address specific challenges related to the stress of working during a pandemic and the difficulties of working with supervisees who continue to under function, resist feedback or in otherwise challenge the supervision process.
