This training will support participants in centering identity in the ways that we engage with each other on our teams. Participants will explore their fears surrounding communication and look at ways that power dynamics impact how we engage with one another. This training will offer frames around calling in as a way to interrupt harm and center our relationships as we work with youth and families. Participants will also engage in somatic based practices to identify the ways that their body responds when they’re engaging in conflict or interrupting harm, and practice strategies to be more somatically grounded in their values.
