Foster Care Training

Training Summary: Many system-involved youth self-injure themselves and providers can struggle to know how to effectively support them. This training will provide you with a better understanding of non-suicidal self-injury. You will be able to identify the reasons for the behavior as well as strategies to support youth hurt themselves. Participants will be able to: -Identify one risk factor for self-harm -Identify one reason youth self-harm -Identify one strategy to support youth who self-harm
