People pleasing is a common phenomenon amongst trauma survivors and individuals lacking a support system. Given the amount of trauma system-involved youth experience, it’s important to understand how people pleasing impacts youth’s emotional and social health. This training will cover people pleasing tendencies and strategies to support system-involved youth develop healthier interactions with others.
