Some system-involved youth struggle with perfectionism which can hinder school performance, mental health, and relationships. This training will provide an overview of perfectionistic tendencies which can be associated with trauma and anxiety. Participants will learn how to identify perfectionistic tendencies and ways to support an individual with these characteristics.
