Given the poor outcomes of system-involved youth, it’s important to prepare them for the workforce and life after the system. In this training, providers will learn important topics to discuss with youth to prepare them for interviews, the onboarding process, conflict with supervisors and colleagues, etc. The better we prepare youth for the workforce and connect them with supports, the more likely they’ll successfully find and maintain employment.
