Parents and caregivers of system-involved youth play a crucial role in their healing journey. So, it’s essential for caregivers to regulate themselves in order to assist youth most effectively with regulating themselves. Participants will learn how to self-regulate and teach parents, caregivers, and others who support system involved youth about emotional regulation skills to help improve outcomes for system involved youth.
