When youth enter systems like child welfare and juvenile justice they come in contact with multiple professionals trying to help them. The successful outcomes of systems involving youth rely heavily on the impact that professionals have as they work with the youth. It takes a “village” of professionals to support these youth and the ability of these professionals to work effectively in collaboration is essential. This training will provide you with skills and strategies to effectively build relationships with system partners in a way that feels healthy, supportive, and productive.
