One of the most significant challenges for clinicians these days is effectively collaborating with school systems operating within the Shelter in Place Orders and the Digital Media Framework. An additional challenge is to effectively engage at-risk youth, especially those perceived as being challenging, like those with behavioral challenges, as well as patients and clients with substance use disorders. We will learn how to foster relationships with various school site staff we must collaborate with in the Digital Media Framework and learn engaging techniques in the video conferencing modality to support clients towards healthier lifestyles.
