This training will support participants in developing tools and strategies to engage in somatic based practices in their work and everyday life. How can somatic practices move us toward liberation by centering our bodies rather than our minds? Through this exploration, participants will identify all that is available to us when we move towards embodying our anti-racist and liberatory values. Participants will collectively practice these strategies in session in order to use them in their work with youth and families.
