Co-constructing a detailed description of the desired transformation using insights from the history, available resources and envisioning a preferred future. Concluding sessions in a manner that is meaningful and respects the client’s/youth in care’s autonomy & agency, especially relevant in the context of families. Participants will have the opportunity to view recorded sessions demonstrating the application of SFBT for youth and families and engage in in-depth discussions about the nuances of this this approach. Actively practice the skills required for effective implementation in their own work. Inspire participants, leaving them with renewed enthusiasm for their endeavors. Gain a deeper understanding of the value of viewing individuals within families as the best versions of themselves and develop the skills necessary to tailor their supports accordingly.
