Foster Care Training

Training will address the following guiding questions for participants: Who do we define as system involved “newcomers” and where are they coming from? How does trauma impact system involved newcomer youth, communities, and those who work with them? Training will provide strategies and best practices for connecting with and supporting these system involved youth and their families, through cultural humility and multi-tiered systems of support.
