Participants in this training will learn about key concepts and considerations related to the educational needs and rights of youth in care including the impact of trauma on education and existing laws and procedures regarding the safety of foster youth at school. Participants will also learn effective advocacy skills and ways to effectively support youth in care with making educational progress.
