Youth of color in the foster care system who have caused harm towards others typically face more severe and punitive responses and justice measures. This training helps to apply a restorative practices frame to look at issues of diversity and implicit bias that face foster youth. Participants will practice skills for engaging in restorative dialogues and conversations with youth, holding their diverse values and perspectives in the context of situations where they have done harm.
