Foster Care Training

This training will support participants to utilize an anti-oppression lens to respond to identity-based conversations or identity-based harm/bullying with system-involved youth (SIY). Participants will explore and discuss conversations that come up in their work with youth who are system-involved or at high risk of system involvement. Participants will practice responding to identity-based conversations from a non-punitive and liberatory framework.
