This meeting was intended to provide a continuation of process from prior groups regarding white identity development, unpacking ideas regarding racial privilege and accountability and focusing on the intersection of positionality as leaders in the organization along with whiteness. This particular group focused on a reading by Tema Okun, “From White Racist to White Anti-Racist” to better support a dialogue and discussion around developmental stages of white identity development and looking at impact and action as it relates to whiteness.
