Virtual Instructor Led Training

In an effort to promote inclusion and sustainability, and provide equitable approaches to address conflicts and misunderstandings in the workplace, WestCoast Children’s Clinic will be hosting a training series with the purpose of developing a team of champions/facilitators of Restorative Practices. We aim to develop a group who could use Restorative Practices to guide restorative conversations and adopt a framework that covers everything from harm prevention to restorative responses to conflict.
