Information in this training will assist foster families in learning skills for co-regulation and socioemotional development through play with younger children, with special consideration to the needs of children who have experienced an absence of attachment opportunities and/or developmental trauma in early childhood. The class teaches parents and caregivers about using play to support the emotional development of young children. This training will assist families in learning skills for co-regulation and social attunement with their children.
