Virtual Instructor Led Training

This training is for providers who work with systems involved youths & families. This training provides an introduction to self regulation tools such as The Zones of Regulation and the ALERT program to build resilience and support pro social behavior in youths and families. Through a slideshow presentation, discussion, and resource pages, the facilitator will present on the science and development behind self regulation and share resources for practitioners to use in building resilience, prosocial behavior, effective strategies for addressing traumatic reactions, and restoring developmentally appropriate functioning.
