Many people have expressed an interest in having an on-going group consultation format with a focus on collaborative practices and, specifically, Narrative Practices. In this Professional Learning Community (PLC) consultation group participants will have the opportunity to dive deeper into Narrative practices through readings, presentations, and case consultation.  We will use Michael White’s Maps of Narrative Practice book to guide the group and will include other articles, videos, and practice examples to further our learning and exploration of the ideas related to Narrative practice. Participants will have opportunities to discuss their current work and be invited to view it through a Narrative lens. The registration will be capped in order to have a group that is small enough for everyone to get consultation time. It is mandatory to attend every class however, it is understood that scheduling conflicts do arise. Although it would be helpful if participants have some understanding of Narrative ideas (through trainings, classes, readings) it is not required.
