The Metamorfosis of the butterfly is utilized as a metaphor to describe the transformation that people experience as they navigate various aspects of their lives. The presentation’s main focus is on providing positive coping skills through a Love Journal that might assist providers working with system-involved youth and the clients they serve on their life journey toward self-empowerment, healing and well-being. The participants will be able to share a sacred space to discuss; hopes, dreams, aspirations, challenges, and successes. The trainer guides participants in envisioning their future through a Love Journal. Please come prepared with journaling materials: paper, pen, markers, etc.
