Foster Care Training

This training part of a 5 part Spanish-Speaking Professional Learning Community where those who identify as or ally with women will be guided through various avenues to learn about themselves and their personal connection to their profession, find community in their work with youth, and how to better support themselves. The overarching goals of this series is to provide a safe-space to learn and grow as professionals in order to increase longevity and balance in the profession of working with foster youth. Many of the topics discussed during the series will not only apply to the professionals but will be applicable for the youth and families we serve. This will be a very hands-on, participation-required training series so come ready to connect and share. Materials will be provided to those who register in advance including a journal and some art supplies.
