This training will introduce youth care providers on how to incorporate a holistic approach to healing through the lens of Mind/Body/Spirit and how to utilize these as tools for self and clients. The participants will learn the benefits of increasing their own self-awareness while empowering families on their healing journey. This training will be an experiential exercise in creating a collage/art incorporating the Mind/Body/Spirit through a holistic world view as a tool of self-discovery and a means for healing both for the individual youth in our care as well as healing as a community.
