This 4 hour course reviews Law and Regulations for Short-Term Residential Treatment Program. It includes a review of Title 22, Division 6, Chapter 1, & Subchapter 4.6 as well as the Interim Licensing Standards Version 4.0. In addition, it covers Personal Rights, Mental Health Program Certification and Medi-Cal Certification. And lastly, it dives into the requirements for an STRTP Plan of Operation and Program Statement. The training includes PowerPoint lecture, review of pertinent documents, large & small group discussion, as well as retention games & quizzes. There will be one 10 minute break per hour.
