Though conflict may feel like a huge barrier, it can also be a great asset in building healthy and productive relationships with and among our clients. To effectively navigate unhealthy conflicts requires a broad skill set spanning empathy taking, assertiveness, mediation, restorative practices, and other proven techniques. Join us at this interactive workshop to review these and other strategies which aid us in preventing, resolving, and recovering from difficult conflict situations.  Together we will build up our toolboxes so we can confidently respond to and recover from conflicts with systems involved youth and their families.
