This training will provide mental health professionals with a comprehensive overview of human sexuality, with a focus on topics relating to sexual anatomy and physiology, sexual lifespan development, sexual orientation, gender identity, sexual disorders and dysfunction, STI’s, and other issues relating to sexuality which may come up in a clinical setting. This training will discuss appropriate assessment and treatment methods and interventions through a biological, psychological and sociocultural lens.
