Summary: This course is designed to provide staff with behavior management strategies when working with traumatized youth and families. The aim of the course is to assist adults with an understanding of who the youth are, where they come from and why they do what they do when considering the losses they have experienced, in order to come up with effective tools and techniques when participating in trauma-informed work.
