This training will support community-based workers increase their awareness through learning about the identity and belief system of adverse influencers within client communities. Participants will be given best practice methods that are working in today’s ever changing environment. Topics will be centered around youth on youth violence, and also connect staff to system(s) partners of related strategies. Participants will better understand diverse community dynamics and can use information to care plan and integrate strategies and practices to support youth and families.
