Foster Care Training

Participants will learn to set heartfelt guidelines for team interactions where everyone feels valid and to facilitate efficient team meetings. Learn to set team guidelines to prevent sabotage, how to foster trust building behaviors between teammates, promote flow in times of change, coaching through reframing mistakes into learning opportunities and clear communication systems.  Gain knowledge of how personal emotional experiences can impact the team, techniques for managing reactivity behaviors that sabotage team synergy, strategies for managing team members with limiting beliefs and effective coaching strategies to promote self management problem solving solutions.
