Foster Care Training

Participants will learn to facilitate efficient team meetings and set heartfelt guidelines for team interactions which help everyone feel valid. Learn to prevent sabotage, how to foster trust building behaviors between teammates, promote flow in times of change, coach through reframing mistakes into learning opportunities, and maintain clear communication systems which will help ensure more effective support for system involved youth.  Gain knowledge about how personal emotional experiences can impact the team, techniques for managing reactivity behaviors that sabotage team synergy, strategies for managing team members with limiting beliefs, and effective coaching strategies to promote self-management and problem solving solutions which will promote improvements in the lives of system involved youth and families.
