Staff members will be able to define the various categories of behavior support strategies and describe situations for which each category would be most appropriate
Staff members will explore the support strategies listed in the Equilibrium manual and will discuss the behavior support strategies that are least often utilized and/or they are not sure how to utilize effectively in order to increase their “tool boxes”
Staff will practice generating support strategy ideas for various scenarios and will practice giving feedback around strategy efficacy during role plays
